- Thoughtful financial stewardship for the present and the future.
- Maintain high-standard public services at our historically lowest municipal tax rate in the County.
- Adaptive infrastructure improvements for a sustainable future.
- Reduce traffic congestion through smart signalization and flow.
- Improve pedestrian and bike safety
- Enhance green spaces, landscaping, parks and recreational facilities
- Activate citizen engagement for productive public participation.
- Continue strong support for local programs — especially important during Covid-19.
- Public-public partnerships and management solutions for protection and advancement of our interests on the Causeway, in Crandon Park and on Virginia Key.
- Alliances and improved process for a sustainable beach and shoreline protection.
- Work in support of a healthy & sustainable local economy.
- Promote Key Biscayne nationally and internationally to support property values and our positive reputation.
